Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. You will utilize your excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates

  • Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, and email
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment (required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with chat and email communication
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
