Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will lead the development of advanced analytics and AI solutions to drive patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and IT professionals, to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of advanced analytics and AI solutions: Design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions to drive patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with clinicians, researchers, and IT professionals to ensure that solutions meet clinical and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support analytics and AI initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling: Analyze and model complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Communicate results and insights: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, and IT professionals.
  • Lead and mentor team members: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success and growth.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field: Preferred, but not required.
  • 6+ years of experience in data science and analytics: Experience in developing and deploying data-driven solutions, including analytics and AI initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development: Experience in developing and deploying software applications, including data pipelines and analytics tools.
  • Strong programming skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field: Preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies: Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning: Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Experience with data governance and security: Experience with data governance and security best practices.
  • Certifications in data science and analytics: Certifications in data science and analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional.
