Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Analysis team, you will be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing client data to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and product partners, to tackle complex business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Research, gather, and analyze client data to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions

• Collaborate with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of business initiatives
• Identify new opportunities to improve data quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
• Ensure the security and integrity of client data, adhering to arenaflex's data governance policies and procedures
• Work closely with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and process data from various sources
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve data analysis and visualization techniques

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with data quality tools, including Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management
• Experience with data processing and ETL tools, including Google Bigquery, Hive, or other cloud-based platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance policies and procedures
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and product partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence models
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including Teradata, Hive, or other data warehousing platforms
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or other cloud-based data platforms
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Looker, Scene, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with data quality testing tools, including Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca
• Experience with process automation tools, including Python, R, or other programming languages
