Here at Reconomy, we’re excited to be recruiting for a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the continued success of our Legal & Compliance team. This is a full‑time, permanent, fully remote position offering a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 (DOE). Key responsibilities:- Lead and support group-wide regulatory compliance, GDPR, anti‑bribery and corruption, sanctions and other relevant legislation
- Maintain and develop robust compliance frameworks, controls, and programmes while acting as the first point of contact for compliance and data protection queries
- Drive continuous improvement across the compliance function, collaborating with compliance leads to review policies, assess new regulatory impacts, maintain processing records, support DSAR responses and ensure consistent high‑quality compliance practices
- Investigate, analyse, and report on non‑compliance incidents, including personal data breaches ensuring appropriate regulatory reporting, responses and escalation where required
- Coordinate and support external inspections and audits managing regulatory interactions and ensuring timely accurate submissions
- Ensure consistent compliance across all Reconomy companies confirming adherence to group policies, completion of mandatory training and acceptance of company policies by all employees
- Produce regular compliance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key risks, trends and areas for improvement
What we need from you
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a compliance‑focused role
- Deep knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR
- Familiarity with wider compliance areas such as anti‑bribery, corruption, and sanctions legislation is desirable
- A proven track record of maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and high ethical standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
