The HR Agent will focus on identifying reputable employers in Ukraine, building relationships, and supporting communication and partnership management.
Responsibilities
- Search for potential employers who require foreign labor
- Approach and build relationships with decision-makers
- Introduce them to our agency
- Support communication and relationship management

- Motivated and well-connected individuals
- Ability to identify reputable employers in Ukraine
- Ability to introduce employers to the agency
- Ability to help build and manage long-term partnerships
- Proactive and confident in networking
- Business connections in Ukraine
- Search for potential employers who require foreign labor
- Approach and build relationships with decision-makers
- Support communication and relationship management
- Minimum placements per employer: 5 workers
- Minimum contract period: 18 months
- Minimum salary package: $700 per month (minimum)
