Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support and recommendations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with American Express products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
