Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations.
  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, and research and resolve problems with patients' bills.
  • Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, and print courtesy claims and itemized statements.
  • Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, and arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as requested.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
