The Role

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency by accurately and efficiently adding to and maintaining the quality of large amounts of data in our proprietary database. You'll work closely with our team to recommend data management solutions, ensure the usability of data entry software and equipment, and handle requests for data from managers and employees. Your exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in achieving our organizational goals while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather and input data into our proprietary database, verifying accuracy and quality of valuable company information

  • Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs to ensure data integrity
  • Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
  • Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update our database, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
  • Create systems and processes to efficiently capture information, coaching team members on usage and best practices
