Key Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and resolve delivery issues
  • Contacting customers via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
  • Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekend shifts, and overtime as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional support to customers in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (written and oral fluency – minimum C1 level)
  • Good communication skills in English (written and oral fluency)
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
