Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Relocation Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, support, and solutions related to their moving and storage needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Relocation Coordinator / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing detailed information about our moving and storage services, pricing, and policies
- Assisting customers with scheduling and coordinating their moves, including providing estimates and booking services
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Following up with customers post-move to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
- Staying informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the moving and storage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
