The Role

As a licensed Customer Service Representative on our Support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing policyholders with the support they need to navigate their insurance policies. You'll be handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to quotes, coverage, rates, billing, and policy reviews, while also collaborating with other team members and specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Process policy endorsements, billing requests, and track outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate with team members and escalate issues when necessary to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with other team members and specialists to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently and remotely, with weekend and evening availability required

Qualifications

* Active Property & Casualty license

  • 3 or more years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
  • Insurance policy support, rating, or policy lifecycle experience
  • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines is helpful
  • Attention to detail and strong personal time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent computer and software skills, including Google Suite, Slack, Zendesk, and other relevant tools
