Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements

  • Work closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world
  • Be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions of people by connecting them with the support they need to thrive
  • Utilize various tech tools to enhance your work and make a meaningful impact
  • Facilitate and navigate tough or emotional conversations with empathy and compassion
  • Build relationships and trust through conversations, ensuring individuals feel heard and understood
  • Meet key performance metrics, prioritizing the successful connection of individuals to help

Who We're Looking For:

* A passionate and open-minded individual with at least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices

  • Someone who is genuinely interested in mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism
  • A motivated and optimistic individual with a sense of urgency and purpose
  • A demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
  • A college graduate or have an Associate's degree in a customer-related field
  • A resident of AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI
