Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer concerns and issues via phone, email, letter, or social media
  • Contacting customers to check account details and resolve any discrepancies
  • Greeting customers warmly and determining the problem or cause for their call
  • Cancelling or upgrading accounts as necessary
  • Assisting with order placement, refunds, and exchanges
  • Providing detailed information about arenaflex and our products and services
  • Taking payment information and other vital details like addresses and phone numbers
  • Placing or cancelling orders
  • Answering questions about warranties or sales conditions
  • Acting as the company's gatekeeper and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally

  • Handling product recalls
  • Attempting to persuade customers to rethink cancelling their order

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to:
