Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and dealers remotely via phone, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service
  • Providing phone and email support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Capturing lead information and analyzing data to identify key insights and trends
  • Executing client vision processes and managing multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
