Applications/Systems Engineer, Pre & Post-Sales I
Zebra Technologies is a community of innovators creating smart solutions to solve customer challenges. The Applications/Systems Engineer will serve as a technical specialist, providing expert advice and technical enablement for sales opportunities and assisting in the training of partners on Zebra's solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical/application specialist for Zebra on Solution Sales opportunities or for Partners, End Users, and Alliances
- Provides expert advice about products and services to customers and external business partners
- Provide Technical Enablement to Partners, Customers and internal Technical Sale Teams
- Host Immersive Technical Enablement sessions for Zebra products and related technologies
- Participate in end user sales calls in support of channel and alliance partners to ensure appropriate representation of solution and technology
- Assists in pre-sales design and solution development
- Provides product and solution expertise, including understanding of competition and how to position Zebra
- Assist in training and development of new partners on Zebra solutions and applications
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Software or Electrical Engineering)
- Junior level (0+ years) experience
- Retail industry experience is a plus
- Travel Requirements: 75%
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
