Payments and Processing Operator - Analyst

Deutsche Bank is a global financial services company, and they are seeking a Payments and Processing Operator to join their USD Cash Operations team. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment transactions and supporting the business in reconciliation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of payment transactions (including performing all relevant controls) for Wires for the Broker Dealer
  • Monitor payments that have not flowed systematically and research root cause
  • Support the Business in reconciliation of Don’t Know (DK) funds
  • Prepare End Of Day and Monthly Reports for related activity
  • Close collaboration with our internal teams in supporting them with their payments
  • Participate in any releases related to the Payment System to ensure seamless processing

Skills

  • Degree or some knowledge of Wire/ High Value Payment, Automated Clearing House, Payment Processing
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with deadlines
  • Ability to keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Business offering
  • Self-driven working style
  • Expertise in Microsoft-Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task
