Your Responsibilities
As a part-time evening remote chat support agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via live chat to users who need support during evening hours
- Resolving questions and issues related to orders, billing, subscriptions, and promotions
- Using templates and saved replies to respond quickly and consistently to customer inquiries
- Tagging each conversation for internal tracking and analytics
- Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
- Maintaining a helpful, professional, and calm tone throughout your shift

Pay & Schedule Breakdown
As a part-time evening remote chat support agent, you'll start at $25/hour. Agents with strong feedback after 30 shifts are eligible for raises to $30–$35/hour. Shifts are available every night of the week, and you can choose 4–6 hour blocks between 5 PM and 12 AM (your local time or U.S. EST/PST). Work as few as 3 evenings/week.
Training Program

- Mock chats with response coaching
- First shift monitored by a QA lead
- Go live within 3–5 business days after acceptance
