Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by performing a range of tasks, including data analysis, record correction, and reconciliation. You'll work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data analysis and record correction to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in data records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Reconcile eligibility records between systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Monitor and track data records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems, processes, and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our data entry processes

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record correction

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry

• Knowledge of data management systems and processes
• Certification in data entry or a related field
