Responsibilities
As a German Speaking Emergency Roadside Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering emergency calls from German-speaking customers and providing immediate, empathetic assistance.
* Evaluating the nature of the emergency and coordinating with appropriate service teams for timely support.
* Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Delivering clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.
* Collaborating with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols.
* Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response.
* Collecting feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
