Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support via live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote arenaflex's products and services in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Promote interest in client products and services through proactive engagement and personalized recommendations
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting arenaflex's values and brand identity
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using live chat software, email, and phone systems, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
