As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a contract basis for one of our projects within the arenaflex ecosystem. The contract term is 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to another role within our company.

Schedule

* 5 shifts per week, including 1-2 night shifts

  • Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
  • Day shift: 15:00-23:00
  • Night shift: 23:00-07:00

Ideal Candidate

* At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role with constant communication with users (call center, service, administrative roles, retail, etc.)

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Holds a B2 level or higher in English (especially in written communication)
  • Able to work efficiently with routine tasks and adapt quickly to new situations
  • Willing to work in an intense rhythm, without multitasking, but with a constant flow of requests
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required (we provide training)

Responsibilities

* Respond to user inquiries through our support system

  • Identify user accounts
  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Provide general information about our product or specific subscription
  • Assist with login issues
  • Update or change user email addresses
  • Process unsubscribe requests and account deletion requests
  • Maintain a high level of quality and work rhythm
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient processes
