Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Premium Audit department, including researching and resolving simple concerns and inquiries in real-time for customers and policyholders.
  • Learning the best methods to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to arenaflex's policies.
  • Coordinating problem resolution with necessary teams and referring more complex issues to more experienced staff.
  • Becoming familiar with utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform customers about products or services.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
  • Working within guidance to arrange and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives, while focusing on continuous process improvement.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • Administrative support experience with an insurance carrier or agency is required; Premium Audit support experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop communication skills that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of various customers.
  • Ability to make methodical yet swift decisions to meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, documents, and industry practices.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive Total Rewards package, including:
