Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, resolve member inquiries, and ensure that our clients receive the support they need to thrive. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Educate members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation, including eligibility, enrollment, and claims processes
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that member inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a union or association setting
