Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience with customer service software, including ticketing systems and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with social media and online communities, including customer engagement and support
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
