The Customer Success Associate is the execution engine of our Customer organization and the primary day-to-day partner to customers for onboarding through program delivery. This is a customer-facing execution role (distinct from quota-carrying Account Management and strategic advisory roles). You own how enterprise programs get delivered—working directly with customer stakeholders to ensure deployments run on time, on spec, and with a consistently high-quality experience from launch through adoption. You turn strategy into reality and scale that execution through systems and AI. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS We are evolving our Customer organization from high-touch, manual execution to AI-enabled, scalable delivery. As we grow into supporting 10s to 100s of enterprise customers, we need a repeatable, reliable execution layer that ensures every program launches successfully and operates without friction.
