Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound customer calls, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting multiple customers with reward points redemption, including tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points
- Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, such as flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using accumulated reward points
- Providing exceptional customer service, working in a "yes" environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Experience with travel booking and reward points redemption
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
