Job Details:
* Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
- Location: Remote, with the ability to work from anywhere in the United States
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Provide information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and policies
- Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
- Handle payment processing and refunds
- Document and update customer records in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence
