Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering data from various source documents into our computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we welcome applications from highly organized and accurate individuals who are passionate about data management.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into our system database
• Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving issues using standard procedures
• Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into our system database
• Reviewing data entered against original source documents for accuracy and correcting errors or duplications
• Following data program security practices and procedures at all times
• Securing information by completing daily database backups
• Performing other clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
• Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPPA regulations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience in a medical office preferred but not required
• MUST be tech-savvy and detail-oriented
