We are seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Customer Experience team, focusing on business analysis and process automation for well-known automotive and manufacturing companies. We will enable you to grow in a challenging but supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects.
  • Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology.
  • Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain.

QualificationsQualifications Education:

  • A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis.
  • Core Competencies: Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Familiarity: A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role.
  • RPA Skills: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus.
  • Language: English language required, German language skills are a plus.

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
