Job Description:Becoming a Care Professional with us
Our Care Professional promise ensures you build great relationships with your clients helping you become an Exceptional Care Professional.
- Pay rates from £13.00- £14.00 per hour. With double pay on bank holidays!
- Door to door mileage paid at 45p per mile between clients homes.
- Guaranteed Hour Contracts Based on your availability.
- Scheduled travel time 15 minutes in between client calls
- Employee referral bonus program
- Reimbursed DBS after 3 months
- Reimbursed training costs with first payslip

Requirements
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Must be based in Charnwood or surrounding areas, with your own vehicle for travel to clients with the ability to get Business Motor Insurance
- Flexible and reliable
- Willingness to undertake training provided
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
We are specifically looking for Care Professionals, Care Assistants, Carers & Domiciliary Care Workers in then Charnwood South area ranging from the Loughborough area to the Syston area.
