We are looking for a candidate who has a track record of going the extra mile, not afraid of hard work and experience achieving results.

We are specifically looking for someone who is bilingual and has 5+ years of experience managing clients/projects in the communications field (marketing, PR or similar fields).

In a snapshot, an SGA'er would embody the following:

- Ability to work independently, yet put team goals ahead of self-interests - Results-driven and a need to go the extra mile to make things happen - Resilient under stressful situations, flexible and able to lead under tight deadlines - Thirst to always learn, apply new ideas and strive to improve oneself - Desire to make a difference in our community and the planet - Ability to actively listen to clients and stakeholders

-- Spanish communications experience a plus.

BASICS ABOUT THE POSITION - Develop creative outreach strategies - Manage social media campaigns - Coordinate directly with businesses and residents to form partnerships - Manage contracts and client relationships - Direct development of creative design work (online and offline) - Help manage project team and tactical implementation on project pieces
