The Role
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be the face of our brand, providing world-class support to our clients and helping them navigate their card membership benefits, travel arrangements, and lifestyle experiences. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing education, while making a tangible impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service on inbound calls, resolving issues and addressing client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Design personalized solutions for each client, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to drive engagement and loyalty
- Develop and refine your sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
- Address client inquiries, provide clear and concise information, and update client account data as needed
- Utilize tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, driving a customer-first approach
- Meet and exceed performance objectives, including client survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance standards, and productivity targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in customer support and consultative sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client personalities and situations
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy
