Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements by researching and communicating requirements to the HR Compliance team. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the HR Compliance team with duties including acquiring fingerprint/background check results, processing FBI fingerprints, and maintaining relationships with TSA, airport authorities, and other stakeholders
- Entering data into databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Conducting advanced investigations, creating custom reports and dashboards, and standardizing data for HR Compliance
- Collaborating with clients and teams to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
- Reviewing completed fingerprint applications for accuracy and retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Ability to interpret large data sets and create meaningful reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
