Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador, delivering world-class service to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
  • Providing critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilizing various software programs to resolve customer inquiries and capture accurate data
  • Collaborating with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues
  • Demonstrating fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish (preferred)

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
