Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advocate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support to CCRs during dynamic calls, assisting them with resolving complex issues and answering questions related to our services.
  • Handling escalated part administration requests and issues, working to de-escalate and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Engaging with customers in a personalized and empathetic manner, utilizing our integrated support tools to provide tailored solutions and guidance.
  • Serving as a knowledge resource for CCRs, helping them to improve their performance and understanding of our services.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer concerns, and to develop and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and listening skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and provide personalized support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing escalated part issues, with a proven track record of resolving complex customer concerns.
  • Strong coaching, training, and development skills, with the ability to provide feedback and guidance to CCRs.
  • Ability to multitask, identify trends, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Intermediate skills with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in handling escalated part issues, with a proven track record of resolving complex customer concerns.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly apply new skills and knowledge.
  • Government healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of clinical terminology and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PC-based systems, including the ability to navigate internal and external frameworks.
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills.

Education

While a degree is not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role.
