Your Day-to-Day

As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping users navigate our platform and resolve common issues through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing live customer chat conversations through our internal system - Using approved messaging and tools to troubleshoot account and access issues - Processing simple updates like pausing accounts or applying discount codes - Escalating technical or complex questions when necessary - Documenting all interactions clearly for team records

- Respond to user inquiries and resolve common issues through live chat - Utilize structured response templates and an internal knowledge base to ensure accurate and consistent replies - Troubleshoot account and access issues using approved messaging and tools - Process simple updates and escalate complex questions to the relevant teams - Document all interactions clearly for team records and quality assurance purposes

Pay and Schedule Details

- Starting rate: $25/hr, with opportunities for increase to $30-$35/hr after 30 quality-approved shifts - Eligible for increase: After 30 quality-approved shifts, you'll be eligible for a rate increase - Choose your hours: Through our internal scheduling platform, select from available shifts - Minimum hours: A minimum of 15 hours per week is required to remain active

Training Timeline

- 2-hour onboarding: Step-by-step walkthrough and introduction to our platform - Practice chats: With support documentation and feedback - First paid shift: Reviewed with real-time QA feedback - Most agents begin working: Within 5 days of onboarding
