Job Summary

As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Care Team Member at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product and service information. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for the customer.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Research and troubleshoot problems, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, working closely with our team to resolve complex problems.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome.
  • Document customer contacts, as required, to maintain accurate records and improve our customer service processes.

Requirements

• 6+ months experience in a customer service-related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous Work at Home experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force, ensuring that every interaction is customer-centric.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
  • Proficiency with relevant computer applications, including Google Chrome, Oracle Service Cloud, Order Management System, Workday, and Kronos.
  • Ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with a strong understanding of web-based technologies.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus, but not required.
