Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Utilizing virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom and Slack, to communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Requirements:

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical requirements: dedicated workspace, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed), and webcam capability
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
