Job Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via online chat, answering questions, and resolving issues in real-time. Your daily interactions will involve addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general concerns, while building relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager as needed, working independently in a remote setting, and maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via online chat, answering questions and resolving issues in real-time
- Interact with customers daily, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as needed
- Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
