Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including but not limited to:

+ Phone + Email + Live chat + Social media + In-person (at our offices or at customer locations)

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us continuously improve
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (in the future)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including but not limited to:

+ CRM systems + Email management tools + Live chat platforms + Social media management tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training will be provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience managing a team of customer service representatives
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
