Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email
- Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
- Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
