Job Summary

* Type: Full-time / Part-time

  • Salary: $18 – $22 per hour based on experience
  • Working Hours: Flexible shifts available, under 4 hours for part-time roles
  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Providing product information and troubleshooting issues
  • Processing returns or refunds
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
