Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with tracking, delivery, and service-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns. - Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly, using your critical thinking skills to find creative solutions and escalate complex cases when necessary. - Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions in internal systems, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and easily accessible. - Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on arenaflex products, policies, and procedures, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex cases, share best practices, and ensure seamless communication and support. - Performance Metrics: Meet customer satisfaction and performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in customer support or contact center preferred. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently in a remote environment. - Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn support platforms quickly. - Reliability: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace are essential for success in this role. - Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
