Job Summary
As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma: While a degree is not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role. - Typing Speed 45+ WPM: Demonstrate a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute to ensure efficient communication with customers. - Strong Written Communication: Possess excellent written communication skills, enabling you to clearly and concisely convey information to customers. - Internet Connectivity: Ensure stable and reliable internet connectivity to facilitate seamless communication with customers. - Flexible Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate our clients' customers.
