Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary post-sale contact for fulfillment centers using arenaflex solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Monitoring system performance, usage trends, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Partnering with technical support teams to resolve issues and prevent future problems, leveraging data insights and customer feedback
  • Delivering onboarding, training, and continuous education to customers, empowering them to maximize the value derived from our automated systems
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement
  • Documenting success plans and contributing feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous innovation
  • Proactively addressing technical and operational challenges, helping develop support processes, and guiding continuous improvement strategies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations, with a strong understanding of robotic systems, supply chain processes, or industrial automation
  • Proven experience managing client or stakeholder relationships, with exceptional communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working with robotic systems, supply chain processes, or industrial automation
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's robotic solutions and technologies
  • Certification in customer success, account management, or operations
