Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a call center environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
