The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly skilled Zapier specialist to set up a comprehensive integration between FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online via Zapier.com. Key Responsibilities
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:
* Setting up a complete and detailed integration between FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online via Zapier.com
* Importing all invoices from FreshBooks into QuickBooks, including:
+ All items/products/services
+ Quantities, rates, taxes, discounts
+ Accurate customer info
+ Matching invoice numbers & dates
+ The invoice total in QuickBooks must exactly match FreshBooks
* Importing all payments from FreshBooks into QuickBooks, including:
+ Payment method (credit card, check, ACH, cash, etc.)
+ Correct payment dates and apply payments to the right invoices
+ Handle partial payments correctly
* Creating new customers in FreshBooks and automatically creating them in QuickBooks
* Mapping existing customers in FreshBooks to the exact customer in QuickBooks, with no duplicates
* Testing the integration in test accounts to ensure no duplicates, missing data, or mismatches occur
* Delivering complete, documented Zaps with clear triggers, filters, actions, and mapping logic
* Providing best practice advice for stable, ongoing syncing
* Smooth handover and optional support if needed after launch
