Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dispatch support team, providing timely updates to customers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. As a Virtual Assistant for Dispatch Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely updates to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Coordinating dispatch schedules to ensure seamless communication between teams
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient management of customer information and schedules
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

Responsibilities

* Provide timely updates to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure seamless communication between teams
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of customer information and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dispatch or support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, teams, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
