Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations to partner with our Global Large Customer Sales team through the next several stages of growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business process planning, strategic projects, and market data analysis to create new sales programs and refine our go-to-market strategy. You'll also support demand side growth acceleration by developing a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams and providing measurement, data, and operating insights to leaders.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Business Process Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Finance, to build company confidence in annual goals and drive business growth through operating information and cadence.
  • Strategic Projects: Develop and implement proactive strategic projects that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams, resulting in quantifiable business outcomes, such as more hours with clients and better forecasting of revenue.
  • Market Data Analysis: Leverage first and third-party market data to create new sales programs and continually refine our go-to-market strategy across all segments of our ads business, in collaboration with channel and regional sales leadership.
  • Demand Side Growth Acceleration: Develop a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams and provide measurement, data, and operating insights to leaders to support demand side growth acceleration.
  • Market Opportunity View: Overlay a market opportunity view with our internal view to identify opportunities for new pockets of revenue.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Advertising Experience: A strong background in advertising, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Executive Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Sales and Business Operations Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales and business operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional analytical and problems-solving ability, with a strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior Startup Experience: Prior startup experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth.
  • International Experience: International experience is also preferred, with a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.

Pay Transparency

We're committed to pay transparency and provide a range of benefits to support your financial well-being. The base pay range for this position is $232,500 - $325,500 USD, with additional compensation in the form of equity and commission.
