Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing guidance on orders, account management, and other arenaflex services
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Working a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide guidance on orders, account management, and other arenaflex services

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
